That video really hits close to home with me. Working at a software company, you'd be surprised how computer illiterate people are. Specifically the part where the tech guy is like "you mean you don't know the difference between our website and the entire internet???".

We had a guy here that claimed that we "broke the internet". Hilarious. Also having to explain to people (even testers) that when a web application is up on a web server - YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE ON THAT BOX TO ACCESS IT!. 8O Amazing!!
