Guys had to write a paper on this and i would like to see what you guys think about this subject. This is becoming a problem or is it not an issue?
*In some countries such as Australia, Citizens are required to vote in a national election. If they are over 18 years-old they must be registered to vote and if they fail to go to their polling place on election day, they must be subject to a fine.
Should the United States adopt this system?

No. If all US citizens are forced to vote, that would mean the dumb people who don't vote regularly will have to vote whether or not they want to. So we would get more votes based on who has better looks and other non-important opinions. Plain and simple, the system isn't broken, so why change it?
Subject:
this just tends to lean a bit to close to a communistic point of view. if they force us to vote, will they force us to vote for someone, will they force us to ride the bus instead of a car?
